A useful guide to the most important rules of our hotel.

Check in - check out

Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in: 10:00 (+4000 Ft/room)
Late check-out: 14:00 (+4000 Ft/room)

Check-in from 14.00 on the day of arrival, and check-out until 10.00 on the day of travel. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, early arrivals and late departures are available.If the guest wishes to check-in before 7.00 am on the day of arrival, the total night of the previous night will be charged. Late departure fee after 12.00 is 4.000 HUF / room. After 17.00 pm the full room price will be charged.

City tax / tourist tax

Our prices do not include city tax. This is payable in the hotel with bank card or cash. Over the age of 18 it is 350 HUF / person / night.

Booking confirmation

In all cases, your booking will be confirmed in writing (by email, letter). Your booking can only be considered final after this confirmation.

Guarantee

In order to guarantee the reservation of the room, in advance at the relevant offer or reservation - we ask you to provide credit card details or to pay in advance. In this case, the confirmation will take effect if the requested advance payment or bank card guarantee is received by the date indicated in the confirmation.

Cancellation policy

All individual bookings can be canceled free of charge until 16.00 on the 7th day before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price or the reservation will be charged.

Payment terms

The price of the ordered services can be paid by bank card, credit card, by bank transfer or in the hotel in cash. Other payment methods: Széchenyi Pihenőkártya (SZÉP card) or vouchers issued by the hotel or our contracted partners.

Taxes

The given prices include VAT. If there is a change in the tax rate set in the current VAT law, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Supply

Buffet breakfast: in our restaurant we offer a rich buffet breakfast for our guests.

Smoking

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking.

Accommodation of pets

In the hotel we can accept pets in limited numbers and conditions. The fee is 4.000 HUF / pet / night (13 EUR). Reservation is required. Please note that the hotel restaurant is not accessible for pets!

Parking

Our hotel has an outdoor, closed, camera - monitored parking lot, where our guests can park their vehicles safely. Use of the car park is free of charge for our hotel guests.

Internet

Unlimited wireless internet is available at the hotel’s reception and in the rooms.
